About The Role
As a Business Insights Analyst, you will be responsible for data driven decisions across multiple functions in the business.
You will need to be proactive, detail oriented and capable of translating complex data into clear actionable insights through presentations and reports.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Collaborate directly with the CEO and other Board Members to understand strategic priorities and deliver relevant data insights.
* Analyse datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities across departments.
* Present findings in a clear and compelling manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for improvement.
* Work cross-functionally to gather data requirements and ensure data integrity.
* Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and visualisation.
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for a postgraduate with some commercial experience who is eager to develop their career in business insights. While this is a starting professional Business Insights Analyst role, full training and ongoing support will be provided to help you succeed.
* A degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Economics, Business Administration, or Engineering related discipline.
* A good level of proficiency with data analysis tools and methodologies to help extract meaningful insights.
* Some experience or familiarity with data visualisation platforms to clearly present complex information.
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence a variety of stakeholders.
* The ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
* A developing business acumen and a willingness to understand how corporate functions operate and interact.
* Current valid driving licence and ability to travel to site.
