Overview

They are looking for a Client Lead to join their team, someone commercially sharp, relationship-driven, and passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences.
This role is central to their growth, responsible for nurturing new opportunities, developing strategic client relationships, and ensuring projects deliver measurable value.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Development & Sales
• Lead the sales process from initial engagement through to contract agreement
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline aligned to revenue targets
• Prepare and deliver pitches, proposals, and presentations
• Collaborate with marketing to support campaigns, events, and lead generation activity
Client Relationship Management
• Act as the primary point of contact for key clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Develop long-term, trust-based relationships that drive repeat business and referrals
• Understand client needs, challenges, and strategic objectives to shape tailored solutions
• Ensure a seamless client experience, working closely with design, commercial, and delivery teams
Project & Commercial Oversight
• Support project teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded
• Monitor project performance, client satisfaction, and commercial outcomes
• Provide accurate forecasting, reporting, and insight to senior leadership
• Contribute to continuous improvement across sales, client service, and delivery processes
Skills & Experience
• Proven experience in a design & build, fit out, property, or workplace consultancy environment
• Strong track record in sales, business development, or client leadership roles
• Confident communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and opportunities simultaneously
• Commercially astute, target-driven, and motivated by achieving results
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence and inspire internal teams
• Understanding of workplace strategy, design, or construction processes
