Our People Services team, part of the growing HR Shared Services department in Crick, is at the heart of enhancing our employees' experience. Supporting over 5,000 colleagues across 120+ sites, we prioritize their journey with us, from recruitment to ongoing career development. This permanent position as a People Services Specialist is based in Crick - Northampton.
What will you do as a People Services Specialist?
In this pivotal role, you’ll deliver outstanding support to the business, ensuring excellent service at every stage of the employee lifecycle. From issuing offer letters and processing pay increases to resolving queries and collaborating with key teams like Payroll and Compensation, your work will make a real difference. Attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving are key, as you constantly seek opportunities to improve processes.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing the HR inbox and resolving queries through our case management system.
* Providing exceptional customer service across all levels, including executive support.
* Preparing and issuing offer packs, contracts, and employee-related documentation.
* Maintaining accurate and compliant employee records within HR systems.
* Coordinating reference checks and handling sensitive information securely.
* Supporting compliance with legal and data protection regulations.
You'll use a variety of IT tools, including Success Factors (experience here is advantageous but not essential). Proficiency in Excel and Word is a must.
