A supportive and inclusive primary school in Stoke Poges is seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teacher to join their team immediately. Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to the needs of pupils with a range of SEN, including learning difficulties, autism, and speech and language needs
Work closely with Teaching Assistants, SENCO, and external professionals to implement and review individual education plans (IEPs)
Monitor pupil progress and adapt teaching strategies to support engagement and achievement
Create a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
Communicate effectively with parents and carers to support pupil development
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in SEN teaching
Strong understanding of inclusive education and differentiated instruction
Confident in managing a range of needs and behaviours in the classroom
Excellent teamwork, communication, and organisation skills
Committed to ongoing professional development and safeguarding practices
