Salary: £80,000 – £90,000 + bonus

A fast-scaling global leisure and fitness business at the intersection of live experiences, sport and entertainment is seeking a commercially driven Director of Events to lead growth and international expansion. This is a senior leadership opportunity to shape commercial strategy, secure high-value partnerships and drive revenue across multiple global markets.
The Director of Events role
As Director Events, you will define and execute the commercial vision for the brand. You will identify growth opportunities, secure strategic partnerships and build scalable models that support rapid international expansion. Working closely with senior leadership, you will lead revenue strategy, market entry planning and overall commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
Drive commercial growth across partnerships, sponsorships, licensing and events
Develop revenue models and business cases to support international expansion
Secure high-value partnerships across leisure, fitness, sport and consumer brands
Lead market entry strategy including licensing and city partnerships
Shape pricing, packaging and commercial propositions
Own financial performance including forecasting, margin and P&L oversight
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver aligned, profitable growth
About You
Proven background in business development or commercial leadership
Experience within leisure, fitness, sport, entertainment or live events
Strong commercial modelling and financial acumen
Skilled negotiator with experience securing high-value partnerships
Strategic thinker with hands-on delivery capability
Confident engaging senior stakeholders and external partners
Energetic and motivated to scale a global brand
