We’re looking for an experienced professional to lead collaboration with NHS dermatology services, helping shape and deliver non-promotional service offerings that align with NHS priorities and truly make a difference to patient outcomes. This is a direct to headcount position working for our client.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Building strong partnerships with NHS dermatology teams, GP practices, and senior NHS leaders.
2. Designing and implementing service solutions tailored to dermatology care pathways.
3. Ensuring services meet ABPI Code compliance, with clear KPIs and robust risk management.
4. Leading audits and driving quality across multi-site dermatology liaison operations.
5. Supporting acute trust leads and internal teams to enhance dermatology services.
6. Overseeing crisis response and service improvement initiatives in dermatology.
What you’ll bring:
7. A deep understanding of NHS systems and dermatology care pathways.
8. Proven leadership and stakeholder engagement experience.
9. A track record in service development, governance, and compliance within healthcare.
10. Ability to manage operations across multiple sites and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
11. Familiarity with dermatology therapy areas
