Overview
We are seeking a Technical Architect to support the design and governance of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform across Customer Service, Sales and Contact Centre. The role will report to the Head of Platform and is offered on an initial 6-month contract, based in York with hybrid working.
The primary focus is to support the rollout of D365 estate by working closely with delivery partners and the Hiscox UK internal team to ensure architectural alignment. A secondary objective is to collaborate with the group function to define reusable architectural patterns that can be adopted by other business units.
Key Responsibilities
1. Define and maintain the technical architecture for Dynamics 365 across the business unit
2. Coordinate with the omnichannel delivery partner to ensure solutions align with architectural standards and business requirements
3. Work with group architects to develop reusable patterns and reference architectures
4. Oversee integration design
5. Establish and maintain architecture governance, including technical standards and compliance
6. Produce architecture blueprints, integration frameworks and technical documentation
7. Provide technical guidance to internal teams and support solution assurance
Essential Skills and Experience
8. Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service, Sales, (Contact Centre is beneficial))
9. Strong experience with Azure DevOps
10. Proven ability to design scalable, secure and compliant enterprise solutions
11. Experience working in regulated and corporate environments
12. Strong collaboration and communication skills; able to work across business and technical teams
