The Oyster Catcher, Rhosneigr - Chef de Partie
We are seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our team, working under our new head chef.
Hours: 40 hours per week plus overtime
Pay: Up to £12.50 per hour plus gratuity
Live-in Opportunity: Available
Role Responsibilities
* Preparation and execution of high-quality food for our guests, ensuring excellent service and standards.
* Effectively manage a section of a busy kitchen, handling orders, managing workload, and maintaining standards.
* Assist the Sous Chef with creating daily specials and evolving the menu.
* Take charge of running an individual kitchen section.
* Collaborate with junior team members to support their learning and development.
* Promote a culture of kindness, lead by example, and support colleagues with record keeping, deep cleaning, and H&S compliance.
