Belfast Locations: Locations across Belfast Requirements : You are a highly motivated individual with: A minimum of 5 GCSEs, including Maths and English (or equivalent), OR an NVQ Level 2 in Administration (or equivalent). Experience using Microsoft Office including Word and Excel Minute-taking experience is highly desirable. At least 12 month's experience in a clerical or administrative role (healthcare experience is a plus!). Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail, ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Exceptional communication skills, A proactive, adaptable approach to your work and the ability to prioritise tasks with ease. A willingness to work independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities: Provide vital support to health care professionals, including filing, photocopying, and handling enquiries. Play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of the directorate through clerical support. Ensuring the patient information systems are updated to include all relevant and accurate information Manage diaries, appointments, and meetings Handle patient records and sensitive data with utmost confidentiality.
