We currently have demand for an SC Cleared Junior Systems Administrator. The role will be to maintain, upgrade & manage our client’s hardware & networks for internal operations.
Responsibilities
* Install and configure software and hardware
* Manage and monitor network servers and technology tools
* Set up accounts and workstations
* Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
* Troubleshoot issues and outages
* Provide 1st, 2nd and 3rd Line Support
* Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls
* Upgrade systems with new releases and models
* Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies
* Build internal technical documentation, manuals and IT policies
* Willingness to take on different roles and responsibilities in response to the needs of the business.
Ideally you will have
* 1+ years of experience in a similar role
* Able to work alone & as part of a team
