* Analyze quality data, scrap, and rework trends to drive improvement.
* Conduct internal audits and process checks to maintain compliance.
Desirable Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a Quality Engineer within a manufacturing environment.
* Strong understanding of APQP, FMEA, 8D, and Control Plans.
* Confidence in root cause analysis, problem‑solving, and continuous improvement tools.
