We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Vehicle Mechanic to join our professional workshop team at Lexus Croydon. What You’ll Do:
Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs to Lexus manufacturer standards
Diagnose and resolve vehicle faults accurately using the latest diagnostic tools
Complete vehicle health checks and MOT preparations (MOT licence preferred)
Achieve and maintain workshop efficiency targets and contribute to overall team performance
Liaise closely with service advisors to ensure clear communication and exceptional customer service
Maintain workshop cleanliness, safety, and compliance with brand requirements
Deliver consistent, high-quality workmanship that meets or exceeds customer expectations
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a Vehicle Mechanic within a main dealer or large independent garage
MOT testing licence preferred (not essential)
Strong technical and diagnostic abilities
Positive, proactive attitude and excellent attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and as part of a 12-person technician team
Commitment to meeting efficiency targets and maintaining high-quality standards
Full UK driving licence required
