Key Responsibilities Support teachers in delivering lessons tailored to SEMH/SEN pupils. Work one-to-one or in small groups to support learning, confidence, and social development. Assist with behaviour management using restorative and positive approaches. Help create a safe, nurturing, and structured learning environment. Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to provide holistic support.About You Experience supporting children with SEMH or SEN needs in a school or specialist setting. Resilient, patient, and empathetic, with excellent communication skills. Ability to manage challenging behaviour in a positive and restorative way.
