We are seeking dedicated and reliable Warehouse Workers to join our team. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by efficiently handling materials, maintaining inventory, and supporting overall logistics. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
* Perform picking and packing of orders with precision to meet quality control standards.
* Re-Stock and maintain inventory accuracy.
* Assist in maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment.
* Operate machinery as required, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
* Engage in heavy lifting tasks as necessary, ensuring proper techniques are used to prevent injury.
* Collaborate with team members to optimise workflow and enhance productivity.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not essential.
* Strong attention to detail for quality control processes.
* Capability to perform lifting tasks (up to 15 kg) consistently throughout the shift.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment.
* A proactive attitude towards teamwork and communication within the warehouse team.
