A day in the life…
We’re hiring for Food & Beverage Assistants (18+), along with Housekeepers and Kitchen Porters for the busy summer season.
In Food & Beverage, you’ll help deliver a first-class guest experience by welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring the restaurant and bar areas are clean, organised, and well-presented. You will support the events outlet at peak times.
Housekeepers will ensure rooms are spotless, fresh, and ready for every arrival, while Kitchen Porters keep the heart of the kitchen running smoothly behind the scenes.
Across all roles, you’ll be part of a fast-paced, supportive team working together to deliver great guest experiences.
What do we need from you?
* A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
* Great communication skills and a friendly approach to guests and colleagues
* Ability to work well as part of a team in a busy environment
* Attention to detail and pride in your work
* Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
* No experience required for Housekeeping or Kitchen Porter roles – just enthusiasm to learn
* For F&B roles (18+), a passion for great service and guest experience
