Rates: £35-52 p/h
Job Description
SRG are looking for a sales and marketing project manager for a multinational consumer goods and personal care corporation that produces mostly paper-based consumer products. As part of this role, you will be supporting and driving key projects for the marketing team across in our innovation pipelines, operational management and driving world class GTM excellence.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Manage end-to-end execution of marketing projects, from brief to delivery
2. Develop and maintain project timelines and resource plans
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, consumer engagement, performance marketing, supply chain and customer
4. Track project performance and report on key milestones and KPIs
5. Identify risks and resolve issues to keep projects on track
6. Ensure brand consistency and quality across all marketing deliverables
7. Ensure initiatives with interdependencies are identified, communicated & aligned to drive efficiency and projects are prioritised across brands
Experience and Qualifications
8. Experience in FMCG marketing
9. 5+ years' experience with a minimum of 3 years in marketing or innovation with proven track record of project management
10. Strong numerical and verbal reasoning ability
11. Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate clearly in English
12. Strong project management skills, ideally demonstrating leadership and influence of multi-functional teams
13. A proven track record of making things happen and delivering business results in current / previous roles
14. A strong desire to be accountable and to exceed expectations
15. Ability to build trust amongst numerous stakeholders
16. Resilient and able to work under pressure with competing priorities
17. IMF and cross-functional leadership experience
18. Strong collaboration skill
