Responsibilities
The role of a Registered Manager is exciting and fulfilling. You will be responsible and accountable for the day to day care of the young people ensuring that their needs are met in line with a structured care plan. You will be an important part of the wider Children's Services multi-disciplinary team of professionals including social workers, outreach workers and early intervention teams all working towards and supporting children and young people in our care, to reach their full potential.
We are seeking people who are passionate about improving lives of some of the most vulnerable children and young people in looked after care and can show understanding, compassion and empathy whilst providing a high-quality care. We are looking for flexible, innovative and dynamic people to join us in providing care and support to children who have complex needs, may display socially unaware behaviour and may have experienced abuse, neglect and trauma.

The minimum age requirement for this role is 21. It is essential that you hold a full driving licence. Pay and Benefits
PAY SCALE Grade and SCP: Grade RESOCIAL 9+2, SCP 33 - 36 Earn up to £55,072 pa inclusive of market supplement and allowances. £42,708 pa - £45,718 pa plus £6,000pa Market Supplement. Additional payments for on call duties, sleep ins, unsociable hours.
