As a Senior Consultant specialising in Product, you'll be instrumental in turning our clients' goals into real-world action. That means creating a compelling vision, shaping product roadmaps, writing and prioritising user stories, and leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver outcomes that matter.

What you'll do Lead and inspire product teams delivering work for high-profile clients
Shape the product vision, roadmap and prioritised backlog
Translate complex needs into actionable plans with clear, measurable goals
Guide and coach your team, helping them stay focused and free from distractions
Engage with stakeholders to gain buy-in, build consensus and navigate trade-offs
Represent both the consulting firm and your clients with clarity and credibility
Foster a culture of user-centred design and agile best practice
About you
You're an experienced Product Manager with a deep understanding of agile and a passion for people, problem-solving and progress. You don't just build great products - you bring people with you and lead by example.
