Commercial Director – Bridging Finance
Location: Manchester
Salary: Six-figure package + Bonuses + Benefits
We are delighted to be working with a specialist, fast-growing Bridging Finance lender who are looking to appoint a Commercial Director to lead the next stage of their expansion.
This is a pivotal senior leadership opportunity within an ambitious lender backed by strong funding lines, excellent reputation, and a proven track record in short-term property finance.
The Opportunity
As Commercial Director, you will play a key role in driving origination, growth and profitability across the lender’s bridging proposition. Reporting directly to the Board, you will take ownership of the commercial strategy, working closely with senior stakeholders to scale the business and cement its place as a market leader.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement the commercial strategy for the lender.
* Lead and inspire the business development and distribution teams.
* Forge and grow relationships with brokers, introducers, and key partners.
* Identify opportunities to expand product offerings and strengthen market presence.
* Drive revenue growth while maintaining the lender’s reputation for speed, service and integrity.
* Act as a key member of the leadership team, contributing to overall business strategy.
About You
* Proven track record in Bridging Finance / Specialist Lending at a senior level.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams and deliver results.
* A deep network of broker and intermediary relationships within the market.
* Commercially astute with experience in business growth and strategy.
* Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptable and driven to make a tangible impact.
