Role: Secondary Supply Teacher
Location: Lincoln, Lincolnshire
Contract: Flexible temporary roles (day-to-day, short-term and long-term)
Start Date: ASAP / April 2026
Salary: £32,916–£45,351 per annum (depending on experience, role and/or qualifications)
About the role
Not every great teacher wants the same timetable, the same department, or the same pressures every week… and that’s okay.
Heart of Supply works with Secondary Teachers who want flexibility without losing impact. We’re recruiting Secondary Supply Teachers to support welcoming schools across Lincoln and the surrounding areas, with opportunities available immediately and into April 2026.
Whether you’re looking for the variety of day-to-day cover or the consistency of short- and long-term roles across KS3, KS4 and KS5, you’ll step into schools that value your professionalism. Lessons are planned, expectations are clear, and your role is to do what you do best: teach, guide, and create purposeful, well-managed classrooms.
We’re looking for confident, reliable educators who can quickly establish presence, manage behaviour effectively, and maintain continuity in students’ learning.
If supply teaching is your choice, we’d love to hear from you.
