Job Description
This role is primarily desk-based but involves hands-on activities such as preparing sample orders for prospective customers. You will be key in organizing the warehouse, communicating with customers, and managing administrative tasks including invoicing. The role requires interaction with a small team and close collaboration with sales.
Your responsibilities include:
* Overseeing stock management, inventory control, and warehouse access to ensure organization and efficiency.
* Picking, packing, and shipping parcels.
* Managing office tasks, filing, and using NetSuite for administrative functions.
* Building customer relationships and handling inquiries.
* Invoicing customers.
* Liaising with couriers and customers regarding deliveries.
Skills & Requirements
* A-levels are essential; a degree is preferred.
* Proven warehouse experience (not essential).
* Driver’s license is required.
* Forklift license is a plus but not essential.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Strong phone presence and communication skills.
* Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
* Strong listening skills and self-motivation to manage workload.
* Strong numeracy skills.
