In this pivotal role you are responsible for Collaborating with Marketing Operations Managers EU in planning marketing activities in UKI Collaborating with local business specialists to understand customer needs and ensure representation in Europe and local plans Provide input on local customers insights related to the selected campaigns Defining requirements for localization of content across all platforms Supporting the localization of marketing assets based on local needs, e.g., case-study and proof-points creation, and ensuring all relevant approvals obtained Defining local ad-hoc content creation requirements, briefing with agency, and review of agency output Assessing quality of content and timing provided by European team, ensuring customer needs are prioritized and addressed Driving and reporting on performance of content created for local needs Uploading and managing local content on Philips Asset Library Managing local sales enablers, incl. availability on Seismic, localization and validation (e.g., local reference stories), and ensure training and delivery to local teams Supporting digital activation brief development with local needs Communicating local digital requirements / deviances needed to Digital CoE Understanding the local media landscape: negotiating, purchasing, briefing and reporting on local zone-specific media and ensuring full integration into audience plan Integration of local events into audience plan together with Events Manager Budgeting, PO management and reporting Management of zone association and society requirements and relationships. Collaboration with Marketing Operations Managers EU to ensure integration in ecosystems and measurement of impact You are a part of the Marketing Health Systems Western Europe Market organisation. You will report to the Marketing Leader UK&I and also dotted line to the Marketing Operations & Planning Leader EU You're the right fit if Experience in marketing with a track record of delivery Strong project management skills and communication skills Proven skills in planning and coordinating marketing activities at local level Ability to interact with sales and business marketing organization Team builder and able to influence peers and internal stakeholders regardless of reporting lines Digital first, data driven mindset with strong experience in decision making Comfortable and able to thrive with ambiguity while managing critical stakeholders Strong operational and execution focus, driven by customer intimacy Ideally experience and knowledge of the local Health Systems industry Problem Solving skills. Supports continuous improvement via using LEAN methodology. Results oriented: take personal accountability to deliver results.
