Finance Manager – Construction Sector
Location: RM20, Lakeside (Office-Based)
Salary: £45,000 – £65,000 (DOE)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Finance Manager to join a well-established business based in the Lakeside (RM20) area. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on finance professional with strong construction sector knowledge to take ownership of the company’s financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day financial management of the business
* Manage payroll, invoicing, and cash flow forecasting
* Administer subcontractor payments in line with CIS regulations
* Ensure compliance with VAT and construction-specific financial requirements
* Handle HMRC reporting and submissions accurately and on time
* Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
* Support senior management with financial insights and decision-making
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a Finance Manager or similar role
* Strong knowledge of CIS, VAT, and construction industry compliance
* Experience managing payroll, subcontractor payments, and cash flow
* Familiarity with HMRC reporting requirements
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Strong organisational and communication skills
