Position Overview:
* Job Type: Full-Time
* Duration: Full academic year (2025-2026)
* Grade Levels: K-12 (specific caseload details to be discussed during interviews)
* Work Environment: Collaborative team of educators, administrators, and support staff dedicated to student achievement
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to support student learning and emotional well-being
* Develop and implement intervention strategies tailored to individual student needs
* Provide counseling and consultation services to students, parents, and staff
* Assist in developing IEPs and collaborate with special education teams
* Support crisis intervention and behavioral management programs
* Promote a positive and inclusive school environment through mental health advocacy
Qualifications:
* Masters or Doctorate degree in School Psychology (required)
* Active School Psychologist license in Massachusetts (or eligibility to obtain before the start date)
* Strong understanding of educational psychology, behavioral interventions, and special education processes
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
