Are you ready to take the lead in a vibrant kitchen environment? We’re on the lookout for a Kitchen Manager to join our dynamic team in Minehead!

Making our guests smile is at the heart of what we do. You’ll ensure that guests remain the central focus of all operational decisions, which includes:
* Resource planning
* Recruitment and selection
* Building the best team to deliver amazing service
Your passion for exceptional experiences will shine through as you monitor guest satisfaction and develop action plans for continuous improvement. Financial performance is key, and you’ll manage food cost budgets through effective menu planning and adherence to cooking standards. Additionally, you’ll uphold food hygiene standards and health and safety regulations in line with legislation and company policies.
We’re looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and fun-loving candidates who understand their role in enhancing the guest experience by unlocking the potential of their team. A Level 3 Food Safety qualification is essential, and you should be confident in leading a team to consistently deliver high standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
