More about your role
As the Technical (FM) Manager for the contract, you will have a hands-on role in implementing the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and assessed works programme related to all mechanical, electrical services, and building fabric issues across various leisure facilities in the local area.
You will work with the wider technical team to identify and rectify ad hoc remedial work, liaise with third-party contractors, and implement routine maintenance procedures in line with the company's Technical, Health & Safety, and Environmental Policies, ensuring the efficient use of fuels and water.

More about you
You should have a strong background in trades/handywork and experience working with contractors, including negotiating scope of works and reviewing/snaging lists. Ideally, you will have experience working according to corporate policies and producing basic reports on scheduled works.
Candidates should be qualified to ONC or City & Guilds in Electrical or Heating & Ventilation Services. A Pool Plant Operators Certificate would be advantageous, but we are willing to support someone to qualify in this area.
