Interim Administrator Location: YO23 - Car required to get on-site Contract Length: 3 months Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours per day Your New Role A well-established facilities and services provider is seeking an Administrator to support operational activity at HMP Askham Grange. This position involves providing reliable administrative support to the onsite team, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth day to day coordination across the contract. You will work closely with managers, operational staff and internal stakeholders, supporting data entry, reporting, documentation control and general administrative duties within a secure environment. Your Responsibilities Maintain and update records across internal management information systems Support the onsite team with general administrative and organisational tasks Input data into spreadsheets, databases and internal systems accurately and promptly Produce, collate and prepare reports as requested Raise purchase orders and process invoices Administer petty cash in line with internal procedures Maintain orderly office systems, logs and documentation Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion Provide reception cover when required Assist the wider team to ensure service delivery requirements are met You Will Have Previous experience in a general administrative or business support role Strong communication skills and a professional, discreet manner Good attention to detail with a proactive and organised approach Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel in an administrative setting Familiarity with data entry, reporting and basic office systems Additional Information This role requires full vetting clearance following interview and offer stage.
