The Role
What will you be doing?
* Monitor mailboxes and manage communications.
* Prepare and collate MI reports for key stakeholders.
* Provide admin support including data entry, quality checks, and resource planning support.
* Update and maintain the SharePoint site.
* Support governance, audit preparation, and compliance tracking.
* Organise team meetings and engagement activities like Star of the Quarter.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
* Coordinate monthly Business Management reporting.

What You’ll Bring
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above).
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
* PC‑literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Recently completed a relevant Level 2/3 qualification – could be a T‑Level, A Level, BTEC, NVQ/SVQ Level 2/3, or a Level 2/3 apprenticeship ideally in a Business studies related subject.
* Be available for full‑time work from March 2026 when our apprentice roles start.
* Have lived in the UK or European Economic Area (EEA) for at least 3 years by the start of the apprenticeship in March 2026.
* Be eligible to work full‑time in the UK for the entire duration of the apprenticeship.
Qualification & Training Provider
* ST0070 Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship – Duration: 18 months (plus endpoint assessment period)
* Training Provider: Basingstoke College of Technology
Compensation
* Salary: £24,000
* Performance‑based incentive: 8.5% (Paid in March)
