Job Title: Early Years Support Staff (Level 2/3)

We work with a range of primary schools and nurseries across Sheffield to find Early Years support staff. The role is ideal for those who enjoy being at child-height, building dens, encouraging first words, and celebrating little wins.
Responsibilities
* Support children in Nursery or Reception with learning through play
* Help with phonics, early maths, and creative activities
* Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive
* Support routines, snack time, and outdoor play
* Work closely with teachers and other support staff
* Assist with daily tasks such as tying shoelaces, wiping tears, and facilitating first steps into education
Qualifications
* Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (required)
* Experience working with young children in a nursery or school setting
* A warm, patient, and energetic approach
* Ability to engage children in messy play, story time, and learning activities
* A genuine passion for helping children learn and grow
