Our client is a Distribution company based in Dungannon with new modern offices. They are currenly hiring a Customer Service Representative (with French or Spanish) to assist with the development of their growing business and to ensure delivery of a professional level of service. The candidate will ideally have a history of Customer Service experience, Administration, Microsoft Outlook, and Excel skills with either French or Spanish as a second language Responsibilities Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face Use of CRM to manage customer queries and resolutions Help customers use our online ordering portal and process orders Ownership of queries and projects with timely responses provided Account administration including pick note creation, reports, stock/order adjustments, order entry, and processing exchanges Internal and external reporting Oversight of operations to ensure excellent customer service Work with other departments to provide support and meet deadlines Requirements Customer Service Representative experience or similar Able to communicate fluently in French or Spanish (German a preference but not mandatory) Demonstration of taking initiative and ownership Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively Strong attention to detail with problem solving skills Able to work strongly in a team, or independently Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel Preference to be degree educated but not a requirement.
