About the Role
To be an effective Stock Manager, you will lead and inspire your successful team to prioritise achieving performance targets. Every day will be varied, fast paced, challenging but ultimately rewarding. People are at the heart of what we do so your experience in providing leadership, coaching and motivating a team will be crucial to your success. The Stock Manager supports the growth of our online business and ensures customers receive the best online experience and customer service. You will support and encourage your team to meet performance targets, ensuring returned items are refunded quickly and stock is packaged and ready to fulfil existing online orders.
* Support the Store management team across the back of house areas and communicate effectively with the Store Manager
* Manage a team to deliver accurate stock processes in an operationally efficient, safe environment where targets are met
* Create an atmosphere where supporting, motivating and inspiring your team to be at their best is at the core of everything you do
* Demonstrate a hands‑on approach for all commercial and operational activities by adapting to change and working alongside the team
* Ensure communication is up‑to‑date and accurate at all times to meet business needs
About You

* Effective multi‑tasker who can plan, organise and prioritise workload.
Hours and Shift Pattern
27.5 hours per week: Sun 08:00‑16:00; Tue 14:00‑20:00; Wed 07:00‑15:00; Fri 12:30‑20:00.
