Description Student Behaviour Administrator - Consequences Co-ordinator Outwood Academy Hindley Grade - G5, SCP 9 to 11 - Actual salary - £8,604.28 - £8,936.15 Contract Type: Permanent 14.5 hours per week (Thursday & Friday), term time plus 2 days - Job Share Proposed start date - As Soon As Possible We are seeking to appoint a Consequences Co-ordinator, with the drive to contribute to an atmosphere of respect, recognition, optimism, celebration and mutual support within the school which promotes equality within and values the diversity of the school community. You will be required to work closely with our Deep Support Team to support the provision for students who need help to overcome barriers to learning and develop their potential. This post is offered as a job share, working 14.5 hours per week on Thursdays and Fridays, term time plus two additional days. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the existing post-holder to ensure continuity, consistency, and high-quality provision within the behavioural team. Effective communication, organisation and a commitment to teamwork will be essential to support the smooth operation of this shared role. The role of the Student Behaviour Administrator is to be the gatekeeper of the consequences system. You will manage the procedures to log and track data to provide reports and accurate information for the Senior Leadership team, as such the successful candidate must have the ability to work effectively under pressure, be a reliable, organised and conscientious individual who is a flexible team worker and shows initiative.
