A growing business is on the lookout for an Internal Sales Executive to join a busy, high-energy team. This is a high-volume outbound sales role, so if you're confident on the phone and thrive in a target-driven environment, keep reading.
You’ll be speaking to a mix of new and existing customers – helping them get set up on the right deals and introducing them to additional services where it makes sense. It’s fast, it’s busy, and it’s ideal for someone who loves the buzz of a sales floor.
The successful Internal Sales Executive will be:

Making a high volume of outbound calls to customers on flexible or out-of-contract rates and helping them switch to a better deal.

Talking through product options and negotiating agreements that work for both sides.

Keeping everything organised and up to date in a CRM system.
*
Working closely with other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
*
Spotting opportunities to cross-sell other services – not pushy, just helpful.
*
Handling customer questions and making the process feel simple and positive.

What you’ll need:

Proven experience in outbound sales – this isn’t an entry-level role, so previous sales experience is essential, ideally as an Internal Sales Executive
*
A positive, proactive attitude and the drive to hit (and smash!) targets
*
Confidence speaking to people on the phone and building rapport quickly
*
Good organisation skills and attention to detail when logging info
