Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer - FMCG
Location: Merseyside area
Salary: Up to £58,000 (including shift allowance)
Shift Pattern: Panama Shift (2-2-3, 12-hour rotating days & nights)

Shift Pattern - Panama (2-2-3)
This role operates on a 24/7 rotating Panama shift pattern, offering a good balance between work and rest:
Week 1:
* Work 2 days
* Off 2 days
* Work 3 days
Week 2:
* Off 2 days
* Work 2 days
* Off 3 days
Shifts are 12 hours, rotating between days and nights.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on production and packaging machinery
Fault finding on electrical and mechanical systems
Support continuous improvement and reliability projects
Ensure compliance with health & safety and site standards
Work closely with production to minimise downtime
About You
Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Engineer
Electrical qualifications are essential
FMCG background is highly desirable, but not essential
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Strong fault-finding skills and a proactive mindset
