We are pleased to be working with our client in Weston-super-Mare to recruit a Sales Administrator.
This role involves working closely with the Sales Manager and will include the following duties:
* Managing communications – responding t emails and calls
* Building strong client relationships
* Sending promotional material to keep clients engaged
* Obtain prices from suppliers and contractors to prepare quotations
* Issue and follow up quotations using the company SOP system
The successful Sales Administrator candidate is likely to have the following skills:
* Polite telephone manner and telesales experience
* Work well in a team and as an individual
* Be proactive in finding and contacting new customers
* Competent computer skills
* Be organised and able to priories your workload
* Capable of building relationships with customers and suppliers
The working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30 to 5pm with 30 minutes for lunch. There is free onsite parking. Salary depending on experience.
