We are working on behalf of our client, a leading chemicals distributor, to find a proactive and people-focused Internal Sales Coordinator to join their friendly and collaborative team based in Leeds City Centre.

ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll become an essential point of contact for customers and help maintain strong working relationships. Working closely with an Account Manager, you'll proactively manage your own group of customers and ensure they receive an exceptional service.
Key responsibilities include:
7. Responding to customer enquiries and preparing product quotations
8. Processing orders accurately using Sage/Microsoft Dynamics
9. Promoting a wide range of products and services to existing and potential customers
10. Collaborating with colleagues to build sales and enhance customer satisfaction
ABOUT YOU
This role is ideal for someone with strong communication and organisational skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Essential:
11. Excellent communication and attention to detail
12. Strong organisational and multitasking skills
13. Proficient in Microsoft Office
14. Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Desirable:
15. Previous experience in customer service, order processing, or sales support
16. Export knowledge
17. Degree in a life science discipline
