The Rose Inn is a small gastro freehouse pub near Canterbury. We are professional, agile, and our goal is to give great service to our customers ensuring they get a warm family welcome, good real ales, lagers, wines, soft drinks and more importantly fantastic homemade food.

**Overview:**
We are looking for someone with previous experience in a professional kitchen who has ambition, is positive and shows initiative.-
Preparing Ingredients: They oversee preparing and cooking ingredients.
Cooking: Cooking and presenting dishes according to the restaurant's standards and recipes.
Quality Control: Ensuring that dishes leaving the pass are of high quality and meet presentation standards.
Stock Management: Monitoring and managing inventory levels as requested by the Head chef, including ordering supplies when needed.
Cleaning and Maintenance: Keeping the kitchen, stores etc., organised, and following sanitation standards.
Collaboration: Working closely with the Head Chef to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen.
Overall ensuring the kitchen is working efficiently, dishes are prepared to high standards, and the kitchen operates smoothly during service whilst keeping the kitchen and all stores clean and hygienic.
