Responsibilities
* Participate in the full project lifecycle, including budget and financial control.
* Engage with clients and develop business relationships to support growth and delivery.
* Identify, recruit and interview technical staff as part of business development.
* Manage time, people and organisational aspects of projects and teams.
* Communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders and maintain a professional approach among peers.
* Contribute to the professional and academic development of team members with mentoring and coaching.
* Support in developing management and business development skills within the role.
* Ensure eligibility to work in the UK and maintain a full UK driving licence.
Qualifications
* Eligibility to work in the UK and a full UK driving licence.
* Strong time management, people management and organisational skills.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills with multiple stakeholders.
* Experience in client engagement and development of business relationships.
* Commercial awareness, understanding of costs, finance and market trends.
* A strong professional network within the industry and experience attending networking events and industry conferences.
* Involvement in the full project lifecycle, including budget/finance control.
* Experience with budget/finance control and understanding of market dynamics.
