We are recruiting for a RLO to join a Social Housing retrofit project ASAP!
Experience in a similar, customer-facing role is essential.
You will need a full UK driving licence and acces to your own vehicle.
Temp position, up to £ an hour, covering South Cumbria and North Lancashire.
Your new role
1. Building strong, trusting relationships with residents from diverse backgrounds
2. Providing clear, timely updates on works, access requirements, and project timelines
3. Handling enquiries, concerns, andplaints with empathy and professionalism
4. Carrying out home visits, welfare checks, and pre-/post‑work assessments
5. Working closely with contractors to coordinate appointments and minimise disruption
What you'll need to succeed
6. Strongmunication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
7. A patient and resident‑focused approach
8. Experience working with diversemunities, including vulnerable residents
9. A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a wider project team
10. Full UK driving licence (often required for home visits)
