Role
Work as part of an experienced GCSE Mathematics team, delivering high‑quality, learner‑focused education to 16‑18 year‑olds across the Group. Engage learners, develop curriculum, and implement teaching and learning strategies to secure positive outcomes for all students.
Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging, high quality GCSE Mathematics lessons.
* Develop and maintain curriculum and lesson plans.
* Support all students in reaching their goals, including those not yet achieving a Grade 4.
* Implement assessment strategies to track and improve student progress.
* Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching practice.
* Maintain up to date subject knowledge and seek ongoing professional development.
Qualifications & Experience
* Recent experience of teaching post‑16 GCSE or Secondary GCSE Mathematics, or a suitable alternative such as a Maths degree or related subject specialism.
* Passion for sharing subject knowledge and supporting learners of all backgrounds.
* Ability to deliver inclusive teaching that supports the success of all students.
* Willingness to engage with CPD opportunities including subject‑specific CPD.
* Suitable for Newly Qualified Teachers or experienced practitioners.
