Salary – £37,879 per annum. Hours – 39 per week, working early shifts (5 am–2 pm) and late shifts (12 noon–8 pm) five days over seven days.

Join us as a First Line Manager at our Bristol Home Delivery site. You’ll coach and motivate your team to make every step of the distribution operation first‑class, keeping amazing experiences for our customers.
Role overview
* Oversee the running of the site, staffing and other resources.
* Motivate a team of delivery drivers, warehouse teams and support colleagues to deliver on targets.
* Provide regular and consistent performance feedback.
* Influence operational decisions.
Qualifications
* Some experience or exposure to people management.
* A track record of contributing to operational success.
* Confidence working and developing a team to deliver for our customers.
* Ideally, a logistics background would be advantageous.
