Job Description
What You'll Be Doing
3. Managing a large ledger of 500+ accounts, ensuring accurate records of all customer correspondence
4. Liaising with customers (including senior stakeholders such as Finance Directors) regarding overdue invoices and payment queries
5. Handling complex disputes arising from mergers & acquisitions, negotiating partial payments while queries are resolved
6. Producing weekly and monthly cash collection forecasts
7. Working closely with Account Managers and other internal departments to resolve customer queries and maintain strong relationships
The Successful Applicant
What We're Looking For
8. Able to commit to minimum 3 month temporary contract
9. 5+ years' experience in Credit Control (shared service centre background would be highly advantageous)
10. Strong communication skills, with confidence speaking to senior stakeholders
11. Used to working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
12. Self-driven, proactive, and autonomous - able to go beyond transactional tasks and add real value
