About the role
Connex Education is working with friendly and supportive primary schools across Long Eaton and surrounding areas who are looking for Supply SEN Teaching Assistants to join their teams. You will work closely with pupils who have a range of special educational needs, including Autism, ADHD, and social or emotional difficulties. Your role will involve supporting their learning, assisting with personal development, and helping to create a calm and positive classroom environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are compassionate, patient, and enjoy supporting children with additional needs.

Assignment details
This role will commence after the October half term, with both full-time and part-time opportunities available.

Person specification
7. Have UK experience of supporting pupils with Special Needs either in a school or similar setting
8. Be willing to provide personal care
9. Be confident in working with challenging behaviour
10. Have a current DBS on the update service or be willing to provide a new one
