VodafoneThree - International Roaming Specialist
Location: Newbury + Hybrid working
Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Mon – Fri

Responsibilities
- Test and launch new VoLTE, 5G and core services, including Commercial Launch, thereby expanding VodafoneThree's global service footprint
- Update International Roaming Agreements ensuring technology neutrality and compilation of VoLTE Annex (C14)
- Manage roaming operational incidents and their resolution for VodafoneThree, MVNO and inbound roaming customers in collaboration with vendors and technical teams where appropriate
- Provide input and support for projects that touch roaming ensuring no disruption to service and quality
- Update the Advice of Charge messages for VodafoneThree and MVNO customers as required
- Modify customers to the preferred roaming partners based on volume / financial/ commercial commitment
- Update International Roaming Agreements ensuring technology neutrality and compilation of VoLTE Annex (C14)
Qualifications
- Experienced International Roaming Specialist or with relevant experience in Operations or Network Engineering roles
- Strong operational understanding of core network technologies including SS7, IP, CAMEL, IMS, VoLTE, 5G, TADIG and related systems
- Ability to interpret and analyse network performance KPIs and service metrics
- Delivery-focused, with the credibility and confidence to engage and influence stakeholders
- Excellent attention to detail, strong multitasking capability, and effective communication skills, with a continuous improvement mindset
- Comfortable working and developing relationships with a variety of teams and stakeholders within VodafoneThree
