Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00
Salary: £45,00-£60,000

About the role:
We are seeking a skilled Purchasing/Supply Chain Manager to oversee the company's purchasing activities, ensuring cost-effective procurement of goods and services while maintaining high quality standards.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement purchasing strategies to enhance profitability
2. Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate contracts and secure advantageous terms
3. Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
4. Utilise ERP systems to track purchases and analyse data
5. Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing
6. Work closely with the logistics & production teams to ensure timely delivery of goods
What we would like from you:
7. Proven experience as a Purchasing Manager or in a similar role within manufacturing
8. Proficient in using ERP
9. Strong excel skills
10. Ability to negotiate effectively and secure favourable terms
11. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
12. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
13. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality
