We're on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Service Leader to manage our vibrant Extra Care service in Knowsley. Responsibilities
* Lead a dedicated team to deliver high-quality, person-centred support.
* Champion community integration and meaningful engagement for the people we support.
* Oversee care plans for individuals with complex needs, ensuring safety, dignity, and quality of life.
* Be the Registered Manager, responsible for compliance, leadership, and service excellence.
Qualifications
* Experience in health or social care, and a positive, upbeat attitude.
* Passionate about helping people live fulfilling lives and connect with their communities.
* Confident in managing behaviours that require intensive support planning.
* Comfortable with basic IT systems (training available if needed).
* Relevant professional qualification (e.g. Nurse, Social Worker, NVQ Level 4).
