We are looking for a Multiskilled Engineer to join the Commercial Property Maintenance team on one of our projects in Bristol. The purpose of the role to deliver on time, within budget, and in accordance with the organisations Health & Safety policies and procedures the safe operation, maintenance and repair of the site electrical / mechanical / building services plant & equipment as delegated by the Lead Engineer/ Managers in support of the maintenance of the site under the terms of the Bristol Schools PFI contract. What you'll need to succeed
* City & Guilds/NVQ/BTEC level in Electrical & or Mechanical engineering
* 18th Edition / C&G 2382
* Proven work experience as Multi Skilled Engineer or similar role.
* Demonstrate understanding of HVAC and Water Treatment(L8)
* Must possess basic computer literacy skills.
* Excellent communication, numeracy and organisational skills essential
* Excellent customer service skills
