Responsibilities
1. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, system updates, and delivering HR introductions to new hires.
2. Prepare employment contracts, contract amendments, and other HR related or statutory documents..
3. Provide guidance and day-to-day support to managers on HR policies, procedures, and employee-related matters.
4. Support Organisational change and M&A activities by preparing HR documents and collecting required employee data, drafting documentation, and assisting throughout consultation processes.
5. Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS and personnel files, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
6. Manage HR inboxes, respond to employee inquiries, and provide timely and service-oriented support.
7. Support leave management (., vacation, sickness, parental leave) and maintain accurate records.
8. Act as a partner to the HR Manager in the execution of HR initiatives, supporting decision-making with reliable data and preparation of documentation.
9. Contribute to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, and processes.
Qualifications
Education:
10. Degree in Human Resources or equivalent by experience; CIPD
Experience:
11. Proven experience in a similar role
12. Good understanding of HR processes across the full employee lifecycle
13. Experience in preparing HR documents (contracts, amendments,
14. Good working knowledge of UK Employment law and HR compliance requirements
15. Excellent computer skills particularly Microsoft products and HR databases
