We’re looking for a Learning Architect – a strategic curriculum designer with a passion for building powerful, immersive programmes that go beyond compliance and truly serve the needs of learners.
This role is part of a growing team working alongside Quality, Subject Matter Experts, Tutors, Coaches, Platform Specialists, and Engagement Leads to craft learning that transforms lives. You’ll lead the end-to-end design of modular, human-first learning journeys—rooted in storytelling, reflection, and practical application.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design of modular, skills-based programmes tailored for adult learning, apprenticeships, and commercial delivery
Develop emotionally engaging, reflective, and applied content across digital and in-person formats
Apply learning science and learner-centred design to create intuitive, flexible journeys aligned with employer and sector needs
Pedagogy & Platform
Build content optimised for short-form, video-rich, mobile-friendly learning platforms
Champion design that’s accessible, inclusive, and easy to navigate
Collaborate with platform and product teams to structure and deliver content that’s trackable and interactive
Collaboration & Quality Partnership
Co-create content with subject specialists, tutors, and coaches
Work alongside the Quality Manager to ensure curriculum meets external standards while preserving learner-first principles
Use learner feedback, data, and insights to adapt content and improve outcomes
Contribute to new programme concepts and pilot initiatives
Stay ahead of trends in learning technology, immersive media, and future-of-work skills
Align curriculum to wider organisational mission and learner engagement goals
What We’re Looking For
Experience designing education or training programmes in a curriculum or learning designer role
Strong understanding of adult learning theory, instructional design, or digital pedagogy
Ability to work cross-functionally with quality teams, coaches, and tech colleagues
Proven ability to structure, sequence, and visualise high-quality digital learning
Clear, learner-friendly writing style and content creation skills
Experience with learning platforms, digital content, or hybrid/blended programme models
Strong organisational, project management, and stakeholder collaboration skills
Experience in work-based learning, apprenticeships, or FE curriculum
Familiarity with Ofsted and quality frameworks for learning and training
Exposure to immersive learning tools, social learning platforms, or AI-driven education design
A background in digital storytelling, coaching, or creative learning content development
Why Join?
Work at the forefront of learner-centred curriculum design
Contribute to meaningful, life-enhancing learning experiences
Collaborate with a passionate, multidisciplinary team
Be part of a values-led organisation transforming adult learning
Flexible and remote-first working culture with creative freedom
