The Role You will oversee all kitchen operations, balancing creativity with strong cost control and leadership. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the brigade
Design seasonal menus and specials
Manage food GP, ordering, and stock control
Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation standards
Deliver efficient service during high-volume periods
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
Collaborate with management on business development
Kitchen & Equipment The kitchen is professionally equipped with modern, high-quality tools, including multiple combi ovens, water baths, specialist prep equipment, and additional prep space. There is also an outdoor smoker with scope for menu development.
About You Proven experience as a Head Chef or strong Sous ready to step up
Excellent understanding of menu costing and margins

Strong leadership and communication skills
Able to manage both quiet off-season trade and busy peak periods
